Award-winning launch campaign for Frontline

In July 2013 we were invited to work on the marketing materials for the launch of Frontline.  Their mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society and we really enjoyed getting into the mindset of the organisation to fully understand their remit and create stand-out marketing material for their launch.
Their new two-year leadership programme will offer high-achieving university leavers and career changers the opportunity to join one of Britain’s toughest and most rewarding professions, and successful participants will work as frontline children’s social workers in Greater London and Greater Manchester, undertaking child protection work which will change lives.

This summer we worked with Konnective to produce the first promotional film for Frontline. To say it’s had a warm response would be an understatement. We premiered the film at our launch event at LinkedIn in September 2013 to an audience of over 100 supporters including Michael Gove MP, Lord Andrew Adonis and Holly Branson. It has been instrumental in the success of our recruitment campaign and continues to receive great feedback from students, career changers and politicians alike.
